These SMD multilayer solid capacitors are designed with a conductive polymer electrolyte, providing low ESR, thermal stability, and a longer service life. With excellent mechanical strength and electrical reliability, both models are suitable for compact, high-density circuit designs across consumer, industrial, and telecom sectors.

Product Overview

The TS13MA and TS13MB share the same footprint: 7.3 × 4.3 mm, yet differ in thickness to fit varying board height requirements.

• TS13MA:
  Low-profile solution with only 1.9 mm in height, ideal for space-constrained modules such as SSDs, embedded systems, and compact power supplies.
• TS13MB:
  Standard-height version with 2.8 mm thickness, supporting a wider capacitance range and providing flexibility for general-purpose applications.

• Stable electrical characteristics across a wide temperature range (–55°C to +105°C)
• Low ESR, reducing ripple voltage and improving overall system efficiency
• Rated Voltage Range: 2V to 25V DC

  • TS13MB: 2.2μF to 470μF
• RoHS compliant and lead-free
